Basically, they pay you to do offers and complete surveys. I have been a member for about 8 months now, and I am always paid when I am supposed to be. It is very easy to do. It wont make you rich, but it is a great way to earn some extra cash. The check I am getting this month will be for over $300.
Yes there a few sites that pay you by cash (check) or paypal once you meet the minimum payout requirement! I have been making money this way for over a year now! My secret is to join more than one site, delete your cookies after you completed an offer, use a 2nd email account just for the offers. There are others. But never pay an up front fee.
I made over $2,000 on line last month. It took a lot of researching to find these sites and they are all free to join.
